SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are placed, with the exception of custom orders and out of stock merchandise. We try to avoid back orders; however, it occasionally does occur and your patience is greatly appreciated.

TERMS:

All new accounts are on a C.O.D. CASH only basis until established and approved to accept checks. If at any time a check is returned "nonsufficient funds," the account will be automatically placed on a C.O.D. CASH only basis. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

Any Porterfield product suspected of being defective must be returned freight prepaid for inspection. If it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, it may be replaced at no charge. Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
Custom orders are not returnable. No returns or refunds on any part that has been altered or changed in any way.

REFUSED SHIPMENT:

Any shipment that is refused without authorization will be subject to freight charge backs and handling fees.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

Purchasers recognize and understand that racing parts and equipment, such as disc brakes, hubs, etc. and all parts, inventory and services manufactured and/or sold by Porterfield Enterprises LTD. are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Porterfield Enterprises LTD makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchasers. Porterfield Enterprises LTD. further excludes any implied warranty to fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and services. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and Porterfield Enterprises LTD. that as a part of the bargain between Porterfield Enterprises LTD, any purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from Porterfield Enterprises LTD. "as is" and "with faults" and Porterfield Enterprises Ltd shall always provide purchasers with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchasers' leisure and convenience, any racing parts and equipment, any and all understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of Porterfield Enterprises LTD. has any authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, Porterfield Enterprises LTD. disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written.
